Working for a major player in the Oil and Gas Supply Chain, UK INPRO member Neal Brothers Ltd has been nominated a single source for export packing, inspection and consolidation of shipments for North African Project over the past four years.
With over 400 suppliers from all over the world, Neal Brothers have been succeeding in supporting the customers' global sourcing strategy through establishing state-of-the-art coordination of specialist services within INPRO Members and Associated Agents. The scope of work includes receiving goods, quantity check accompanied by filling in the standard Examination Sheet, reporting back to the Project Controller in Leicester (UK), re-packing according to the Project Packing specifications and dispatching.
Each stage of the process is reported back to Neal Brothers who then interfaces with the customer twice daily. As a result, 100% of shipments have been made on time, with no damage and zero lost items.
